Development blueprints for the financier's secluded Caribbean island included in the released materials.
Additionally contained in this latest document disclosure is shown to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, situated in the American territory.
Jeffrey Epstein purchased a smaller island - the Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but later purchased the larger adjacent island in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
These photos indicate he had formulated development schemes to build upon the 161-acre island by building homes, an amphitheatre, an underwater office and a reservoir.
Marked on the drawing is a local waterway, a waterway in the territory, marked on the bottom right.
The architectural drawing is covered in red pen markings and includes a key detailing various parts of the land.
Alongside this are what seem to be several other property layouts and architectural plans, such as plans for dock shelters.
Further images made public as part of the continuing investigative disclosure.
